I work with like-minded, results-oriented, success-driven entrepreneurs and career-minded people who are ready to take BIG steps and make BOLD moves! I’m not a coach; I’m a strategist. Some people coach for a living, but I am a CEO and I strategize for a living. I work with all types of organizations with all types of products and offerings through my own company Sandbox PM, An Idea to Launch Company. This allows me to always stay current on technology, trends and exciting strategies that are working for our clients.

When you are my client, your time with me is YOURS alone and I am dedicated to your success.  YOU are one of my commitments. Here are some packages I have put together that make it easy to work together.

Please know in advance that:

  • 5 % of the revenue I receive from my strategy sessions goes directly to The Girl Effect. This is a fabulous organization that unleashes, enables and encourages the unique potential of 250 million adolescent girls to end poverty for themselves and the world.When you and I work together, we are championing this cause and helping many girls live happy,healthy and safe lives with a positive outlook and future!
  • I schedule sessions 3-4 weeks in advance. If you need immediate assistance, let me know. If we have a window of opportunity on both sides, we will make it work. If not, we’ll need to schedule some dedicated 1:1 time in advance.
  • The ½-hour introductions are dedicated to ensuring we have alignment between my skills, style and availability and your needs. We only need a ½ hour for this introduction. Strategizing comes after we both decide we have a fit; THEN it is all systems go!
  • I do not do service exchanges. If we feel there is value on both sides, let’s keep our accountants happy and pay each other!
  • I do pro bono work from time to time. In fact, I do a few projects a year of my choosing. I seek out opportunities that match my passion and skills and rarely say yes to requests.It is very important to me to give back, but it is a private arrangement between me and the individual or organization.
